The cooking oil for Hunkaar Table & Lounge is donated to an NGO, where they transform the material in soap and bio diesel.

- Low energy bulbs are implemented up to 100%
- Light sensors are installed in all stairs and corridors
- Pipes carrying fluids are insulated
- We carry out preventive maintenance on all equipment
- We use Energy Efficient centralized Air-con system

- We comply with settings for heating and cooling
- Get all generators efficiency measured at least once a year (including burners, diesel generators…)
BIODIVERSITY
- We reduce the use of insecticides
- We use Organic Fertilizers
- We plant 40 Trees in our street (2020)

- Our cars are powered by bio-diesel whenever this is possible
WASTE
- We recycle cooking oil, soaps, paper, cans, batteries & cartridge, glass and wet
- We ban plastic everywhere
- We implement non plastic delivery and limit plastic packages supply
- We organize sorting of waste in Bedrooms
- We clearly label garbage bins
- We implement a compost station (2020)
- We offer and Maintain 20 Garbage disposals in our street (2020)
WATER
- We record our consumption daily
- We have implemented flow regulators on showers, sinks and toilet flushes
- We propose our Guests to reuse towels and Bed sheets and inform them during check-in
- We recover Rain Waters to water our gardens (action plan 2021)
- We recycle Grey waters (primary system)
- All water systems are operated without leaks
- We use Salt for swimming pool
- We have Solar Panels to power Hot water and part of our energy
- We have implemented drinkable water filters
- We are a drinkable refillable water station
