Chef’s Bio

With more than 25 years of experience, Chef PROM MEAR YEAT, acquired international experience in Asia (Singapore and China) and in Europe (Ecole Lenôtre, Institut Paul Bocuse).

In Cambodia he worked as an Executive Chef in some of the finest hotels, and taught the arts as Master Teacher of Culinary Arts at Paul Dubrule Hospitality & Tourism School in Siem Reap. He is well known for creating mouthwatering Asian and western food made from fresh ingredients and his detailed presentations. His expansive experience and knowledge makes him one of the top chefs in Cambodia.
