After his outstanding performance as a student of culinary arts at the renowned Paul Dubrule Hospitality & Tourism School in Siem Reap CHEF HAK SEREY became a tutor himself and during six years he taught the arts of cooking at the same place where the groundwork for his own career was laid.
When he was offered the position as Head Chef at the Frangipani Villa Hotel finally a bigger public could benefit from his expertise. Looking for new challenges he started three years later at Park Hyatt, on of Siem Reaps finest hotels, before taking the responsibility of Anjali’s cuisine.
Thanks to his mutual know how of traditional khmer dishes and western techniques, Hak Serey offers a refined pan- Asian inspired cuisine and flavor bursted creations
